Both are good, honestly. Vintage Seed Co has some really cool rare finds I haven't seen elsewhere, while Baker Creek is huge. If you want super niche, Vintage might win.

Nah, they're pretty clear about their stuff. If it says heirloom, it's heirloom. They focus on that non-GMO, rare stuff.

Afaik, for seeds specifically, returns are tricky because of the nature of the product. They usually have a guarantee for viability though, you'd probably contact support if you have issues.
